I’m Briante Wells, "The Investing Realtor." Believe it or not, I did not always want to be a Real Estate Investor & Agent. My background is in Physical Therapy, I know, two total different career paths. Graduating college, I believed I was set & this is what I would be doing for life, until a friend of mines opened my eyes to more possibilities. His words exactly, “you think because you got a piece of paper (he was referring to my degree lol) that you set for life?” I’m not gone lie, that question really upset me. I thought by getting my degree in a successful career field, I had accomplished all I needed to become successful. This friend of mine, who was already into real estate, informed me that “a ton of money” was not needed to invest. So I paid attention to the different strategies that he used. After 2 years of working in my career field, I purchased my 1st property without “a ton of money” & I took off from there! Three years later, I transitioned from full time employee to full time Investor & Agent!

I have a true passion in Real Estate Investing. My goal is to teach other ladies how to succeed in real estate & INVEST LIKE A BOSS!!
