Fulfillment Policy
Briante Wells Real Estate is committed to providing our clients with the highest level of service and satisfaction. Below are the details regarding our fulfillment, refunds, and cancellation policies.

Fulfillment of Services
Our services, including property listings, real estate consulting, and investment management, will be carried out as per the agreements signed with clients. Once all necessary documentation is completed, we will begin the fulfillment process immediately. You will be provided with regular updates on the status of your service delivery.

Refund Policy
We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with our services. Due to the nature of real estate transactions, refunds are generally not offered once a service has been provided (e.g., listing, photography, or consultation). However, in the case of services not being rendered according to the agreement, we may offer compensation or adjustments as needed. All refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Policy

  • For Property Listings: You may cancel your property listing service up to 7 days prior to the listing going live on our site and associated platforms. Any cancellation after this point may incur fees, which will be communicated to you.

  • For Consultations/Services: Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking a consultation or service will be fully refunded. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service is scheduled to begin will incur a 25% cancellation fee.

Exceptions
In certain cases, we may be able to offer exceptions to our refund and cancellation policies in instances of extreme hardship or unforeseen circumstances. All requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
